With over 20 years of experience in private wealth management, Anthony Mlachnik is a dedicated advisor who delivers NorthRock’s Personal Office® experience to clients located in the Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago regions and nationwide. Anthony leads a growing team of professionals dedicated to NorthRock's high standards of service and exceptional client experience with an office located in the heart of Milwaukee's Deer District. Specializing in comprehensive and customized financial strategies, he supports Corporate Executives, Multi-Generational Families, Business Owners, and those within the Sports Industry—including athletes, owners, coaches, and executives—as well as Philanthropic and Nonprofit organizations. Professional and Community Involvement

Anthony is passionate about giving back to his community. He co-founded and serves on the board of 24:Up, Inc.’s Institute of Basketball, which develops future leaders through sports. He is also on the Board of the Pat Connaughton Foundation, the Board at Saint Thomas More High School, and the Leadership Council at the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. His charitable work includes volunteering with Foundation X, Children’s Wisconsin, and Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.

Anthony received the Patriot Award in 2023, saluting his support of the family of a staff member whose spouse served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He was also named a finalist for the 2024 BizTimes Media Nonprofit Excellence Awards, highlighting his incredible community impact work in southeastern Wisconsin and the selfless dedication of time, talent, and resources to community causes.

Personal Life

Anthony and his wife, Kelly, reside in the Milwaukee Metro Area with their four children. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether at their family lake house, on the sports field, or in a basketball gym.
