Mike helps to lead the development and implementation of strategies that strengthen practice operations and drive effective execution across the firm. With more than 30 years of experience in sales, management, and operations, he brings a broad business perspective and a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and support organizational growth.

Outside of work, Mike values family, faith, and community. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Verona, Wisconsin, where they raised their three adult children. Mike enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends at their cabin. He is also an amateur smoker and flat-top grill enthusiast.
