Dylan Seubert is a Personal Office® Advisor for NorthRock Partners, working with families, high-earning professionals, and business owners across the greater Midwest. Many of his clients have built ambitious careers and simply don’t have the bandwidth to also become experts in tax strategy, succession planning, or estate planning. That’s where Dylan helps. He’s drawn to the moments when someone’s financial life becomes more complex, whether that’s planning an exit, timing an equity package, structuring a gifting strategy, or getting a clearer picture heading into retirement. His role is to coordinate a family’s team of advisors and bring clarity to those moments instead of simply delivering another spreadsheet.

His background spans multigenerational wealth transitions, business succession, cash flow planning, and tax-efficient investing. What he cares about most is the story behind the numbers: what a family is actually trying to build, protect, or pass on, and making sure every piece of the plan, from investments and tax to estate, philanthropy, and insurance, is working toward the same goals.

At the center of it, Dylan is motivated by relationships built on trust and honest conversation. He wants to be the advisor clients call first with a difficult question, and the one who gives them a clear answer. His aim is to carry the coordination so families can focus on the parts of their lives that matter most to them.

Dylan and his wife, Kaylin, live in Greenville, Wisconsin, with their three children: Harrison, Fiona, and Emelia. The family calendar runs on dance, basketball, golf, and summers on the water, with a trip somewhere warm to break up the Wisconsin winter.
