With a focus on thoughtful, strategic integration, she works across departments to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired teams – aligning operations, people, and culture in a way that honors each practice’s legacy while positioning them for long-term growth.

Daali has been deeply involved in the majority of NorthRock’s recent Mergers & Acquisitions, serving as a key liaison between incoming teams and the broader organization.
