David Bailin, The CIO Group’s Founder and CEO, is the former Global Head and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Citi Wealth, where he designed and managed the roughly $190 billion investment platform behind Citi Private Bank. Steven Wieting, Co-Founder and Co-CIO, led Citi Wealth’s global strategy team and chaired the committee that set investment positioning across markets worldwide.

Their broader team adds depth across private markets, family offices, portfolio construction, risk analytics, next-generation wealth, trading, and technology. More important than any résumé is the capability we can now build together.
